Join Urban's Senior Instructor, Danielle Rollinson, for this low-impact strength and cardio workout. Suitable for all including those returning from illness, injury or suffering from joint pain, and it's knee-friendly too!

10.00am - Gentle Fitness Class
11.00am - Midas Mimosa Time!
