Join Celia for a mat-based Pilates class to develop full-body strength, tone and flexibility. Pilates focuses on improving muscle tone resulting in greater stability and endurance. Bring your own mat or use one of ours.
9.30am - Arrival
10.00am - Pilates Class
11.00am - Midas Mimosa Time!
Mats provided by Urban Gym.
